Every 100 million Dong will entitle the merchant to have one lucky draw number and a draw will be done at the end of the three months. Banque Pour le Commerce Exterior Lao in Laos PDR, has signed a contract with Trans Infotech Pte. Ltd. to use its Card Acquiring and IC Card Personalization software. The bank will issue Visa Chip cards as well as acquiring International credit and local debit cards through the EDC terminals provided by Trans Infotech.

Trans Infotech has applied for a Business License and will start operating in Laos once the application is approved. Two Singapore based personnel will be based in Laos to recruit and train a team of local staff to support the respective banks in Laos.
