Techcombank purchased Loyalty Application |

Techcombank in Vietnam purchased our Loyalty application, TI-LA. The bank will be using the Loyalty application to Strengthen its card and merchant base in Vietnam in 2008.
Freddy Chong, our CEO commented that the contract solidifies our market position in the payment area in Vietnam and this is attributed to the strong relationship that the company has built over the years with Techcombank. |

Seminar in HCMC |

Trans Infotech (Vietnam) Ltd., held a seminar at Kim Do Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on 4th December. Participants from the Banking, Insurance, Transportation and government offices attended the half day Seminar. The theme of the seminar was “Moving into a Cashless society” Speakers from the partner companies presented their respective products and services. |

PISB signed contract |
| |
Prosperity Investment Specialized Bank (PISB) in Cambodia signed a contract with Trans Infotech (Vietnam) Ltd., to use its Retail Banking and Card Management software, TIFA and TI-CMS respectively. Included in the contract are Safenet’s PHW Mark II Hardware Security Module (HSM), Ingenico’s Network Communication Controller (NCC) and Pax’s Electronic Draft Capture terminal. |

Prepaid Phone Card services |

Vinasinnet Company Limited, a subsidiary in Vietnam, has launched the Prepaid Phone Card business Using a network of EDC terminals. The company plans to install 1,000 units by the end of its first year Of operation. Users of Prepaid Phone Card phones can buy the Prepaid Phone card pin-code from the Merchants or a self-service EDC in an office building or factory floor. |

GP Bank signed up for CMS |
| |
GP Bank in Vietnam signed a contract with our Vietnam office to use our Card management software for its ATM acquiring and issuing services. The Bank plans to launch its ATM card in December 2007.
Included in the contract were Eracom’s Hardware Security Module and Ingenico’s Network Communication Controller. |

MaiLinh Corporation which manages a fleet of 5,000 taxis in Vietnam has awarded our Vietnam office the mobile EFTPOS contract. The first phase will be on a fleet of 200 taxis in Ho Chi Minh City. Each taxi will be using on Pax mobile terminal P90. Transactions will be done online via the GPRS network to A switching software provided by Trans Infotech.
